What we record

An order leaves us with three things: the WhatsApp number or email it came from, the Atlantic plan chosen with the day it starts and stops, and our conversation. Card and PayPal payments go through a payment company, so card numbers never reach us. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we record it

To send your login, help you set up and answer questions, give you a receipt if you ask and process a refund. Nothing is sold, shared for marketing or used to send you offers.

For how long

We delete order details once three years have passed since the plan’s last day. Irish tax law makes us keep payment records for six years.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask [email protected] for a copy of your data, a correction or its erasure; we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
