About us

About IPTV Ireland: an independent seller run from Dublin

IPTV Ireland sells fixed-term IPTV plans online to households in Ireland. It is independent and run from Dublin. We sell a login, paid once in euro, and we help you get it playing on the screens you already own. This page says who we are, how an order and help work, and what we will and will not promise.

Who we are

Who runs IPTV Ireland

The team in Dublin answers the messages, takes the orders and sends the logins. We are not part of a broadcaster, a TV platform or a broadband company, and no app maker or device maker has any tie to us. The players named on this site are other companies’ products; we mention them only because they open our login.

No app, stick or box is made, sold or relabelled by us. What you pay for is access: three Xtream Codes details, an M3U link and a guide link, which unlock 40,000-plus live channels alongside 120,000 on-demand titles, for the number of months you choose.

We write for Irish homes because broadband here is so uneven. Towns and a growing share of villages have full fibre; older lines run on fibre to the cabinet; much of the countryside relies on fixed wireless or a 4G or 5G router. A plan is only worth paying for if it plays on your line, so the site tells you what each line holds before you pay, not after.

The sharpest picture we deliver is 4K UHD (3840 × 2160), and only from sources made in 4K; a large share of channels broadcast in HD or Full HD. We do not sell 8K pictures, and we never claim that everything is in 4K.

How it works

How an order and help work

  1. A message, not a checkout

You pick a plan and its button opens WhatsApp with the order written in. Email works just as well.

  2. A payment link back

A secure link comes back. Card or PayPal, entered on the payment firm’s own page.

  3. The login, any hour

About 2 minutes after payment, the details reach you by WhatsApp or email.

  4. Help on the first evening

If a menu or a setting gets in the way, send a photo and we take it from there.

Someone reads WhatsApp and the inbox ([email protected]) at every hour, 24/7, and replies in English. Questions before buying are welcome, and nobody is pushed to pay: if your line or your TV is not suited to what you want, we would rather say so before the order.

Most questions are about a device, a menu or the broadband line. The setup page covers the usual ones screen by screen, and the contact page lists what to send so the first reply already helps.

Promises

What we promise, and what we never claim

In writing, on every order

  • Login details within about 2 minutes of paying, day or night
  • The end date written in the message
  • One payment in euro, with nothing that renews
  • Seven days to claim your money back if the details never came, or nothing played despite our help
  • Answers on WhatsApp and by email, 24/7

Claims you will not see here

  • Pictures in 8K
  • A count of 4K channels or films
  • An uptime figure or a promise of zero buffering
  • Rankings, awards or star ratings
  • A tie to any broadcaster or app maker

Up to your home and the source

  • The picture your line holds in the evening
  • Whether a title was made in 4K, HDR or Dolby Atmos
  • Whether your TV or stick decodes HEVC
  • Wi-Fi or a cable between router and screen

You won’t find customer reviews here for now. When Irish customers send theirs, they will be shown word for word; until then we would rather show none than make any up.

Our pages

How this site is written

Every page is written for a home in Ireland: prices in euro, the guide on Irish time, and speeds measured the way an Irish line behaves on a weekday evening. Plan prices, lengths and dates are pulled from the current plans, so a figure on one page matches the same figure everywhere else.

Channels are described by group, never by name or logo. The list is sorted first by country, then by category; the Irish groups come at the top, and that is how you will find your way around it on screen.

Speed figures are rules of thumb, not promises: roughly 25 Mb/s for each 4K screen, 10 for Full HD and 5 for HD, held steady and measured on the device. When a page says something depends on the source, the line or the TV, it does. The guides go deeper, one question each.

House rules

One household, and the refund rule

Each plan is for one household. The player can go on any number of your own devices, and one screen plays at a time, or two with Atlantic 12 Duo. Access handed to another household, or posted online, may be suspended.

The refund rule is short. You have 7 days from payment, and it applies in two cases: the login details never reached you, or nothing appeared on any screen in the house even once we had tried to help. A change of heart does not count; nor does 4K faltering on a line we described beforehand as too slow for it. Refunds go to whichever card or PayPal account paid. The refund policy has the full wording, and the privacy page explains what we keep from your order.

When a plan reaches its end date, it stops. There is nothing to cancel; the cancellation page explains the rest. Order again later and fresh details arrive for the apps you already have.

Questions first, order later

Ask about your TV, your line or a plan before paying anything. When you are ready, the four Atlantic plans sit on one page with their end dates, and your details reach you some 2 minutes after you pay.
