Nothing to cancel later

An Atlantic plan is a single payment for a fixed number of months. There is no minimum term and no recurring payment, so nothing needs cancelling: the plan stops by itself on the day printed in the message that brought your login.

The 14-day withdrawal right

Under Irish consumer law, an online purchase normally comes with 14 days to withdraw. For digital content supplied at once, that right ends when supply starts, provided you asked for immediate access and accepted that you would lose it. Every order here is supplied that way.

Our own refund on top

Even so, IPTV Ireland refunds the full amount when, no more than 7 days after your payment, you tell us that the login never reached you or that not one television, phone or tablet in the house would play anything despite our team’s help.
